This is how I use to feel when I went to my God mother's house. She treated me like a Princess~only the best meals and she'd curl my hair with a hot comb pulling up with a blue satin ribbon. I loved visiting and staying over night at their home. Her 2 daughter Rosa Oquendo and Julia Chiqui Oquendo Lopez (find on facebook),and I are still sister~friends after all these 60 plus years. Love them then~love them still, <3 2 <3 nana mami ana 2/5/2016
Northern California transplants. We arrived here in May,2001,driving all the way from southern New England, R.I., to be closer to our son, his wife and our two precious grandsons, Joey and Davey.
