as before our precious flag I did spend.
Putting my hand upon my heart,
did cause my memories & tears to start.
I thought of day that long gone by,
when all was well in God's loving eye.
As a child so innocent I did say,
Our National Anthem everyday.
As I sang & pondered at Glories Red,White & blue,
I prayed God bless America...me & you.
